5-Stage Quality Testing |
 |
Stage 1:
The motherboard, CPU, memory, and all the components are tested to check that all parts are compatible and functional before assembly.
Stage 2:
After system assembly, our engineers run the functional, configuration, and format tests.
Stage 3:
Our software runs the systems for 12 hours at temperatures between 95° F to 102° in our burn-in room.
Stage 4:
Engineers perform functional and input/output tests; results are documented in a final test report. Software loading is performed.
Stage 5:
A final Quality check where each system goes through a visual and specification adherence inspection. |
