| AMAX manufactures in a 130,000sq foot ISO 9001 facility. Incorporating a robust 5 Stage manufacturing test process, which includes a high temperature burn-in where systems are stressed at 100% utilization for 24 hours at 102 degrees F, along with a complete user interfaced functional test, go a long way to ensure quality and consistency on every build whether it's 10 or 10,000 units per month. Out-of-box Audits (OBA), On-going Reliability Tests (ORT), Extended Hard Disk Drive Testing, and Pareto Analysis are just a handful of the many processes put in place which reflect AMAX’s dedication to quality manufacturing.
